Flags off its global service camp across 25 countries, 325 dealerships 

Engages 10,000+ customers across varied time zones

November 22, 2019, Pretoria: Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd (M&M Ltd), a part of the USD 20.7 billion Mahindra Group, has rolled out its first-ever Global Service Camp, Mahindra Care Fest between November 18 and December 13, 2019. Mahindra Care Fest is a mini carnival, where the vehicle owners and their families are invited to have a memorable experience.

At the Mahindra Care Fest 2019, the vehicles will get the best service care from Mahindra’s trained professionals with a free comprehensive 60-point check-up, while the family members can enjoy refreshments and entertainment at the dealership.

The Mahindra Care Fest 2019 will be extended to Mahindra dealers in Namibia and Botswana, which are supported by Mahindra South Africa. In addition, Mahindra South Africa has introduced several special offers for both minor and major services and special discounts on parts such as brakes and wiper blades.

According to Arvind Mathew, Chief of International Operations, Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd: “This will be a one-of-a-kind event, as we are launching service camps in 25 countries simultaneously. We will provide the highest level of care to the vehicles and provide a fantastic experience for the entire family. I am sure this will help drive engagement and brand loyalty for young and old, thereby ensuring a long-term association with the brand.”
